The first thing you have to do is send us an email,
stating as accurately as possible what work you want to do, and how you
want us to do. Keep in mind that the more accurate you are, the less we
have to send emails between each other and what we've asked for will be
in your hands as quickly as possible. After knowing this, we estimate a
total cost for the work, and once you confirm your order we will begin
to create a unique piece for you. The time it takes us for the work
always depends on how complicated is the craft or design that you want.
There are times when it is done in a day, and sometimes it takes weeks
of work.
There are times that the design you want has already been done (both on
our part, as that of others), then the work must be paid before we start
putting it to work. But most cases we are the ones who design the
recording pattern or design of logo / tattoo, and in these cases half
the cost must be paid in advance, before we get down to work something
out. In this case, if someone finally withdraws its request, at least we
will have wasted our time or the opportunity of others to have any of
our works.
When we have a rough idea of what is required, we will send a
preliminary sketch for your approval, on which you say if you agree, or
if you want to change, remove or add something (or all). We will keep up
this contact as long as necessary until you are happy with the design,
and once we reach an agreement, we will make the final work which will
be sent as soon as we finished, without further delay. Of course, we
accept orders worldwide.
